Volunteering

There are lots of ways you can help by volunteering in school, such as:

• Helping with literacy (typically listening to children read).
• Helping with numeracy.
• Sharing your professional skills.
• Helping with classroom activities.
• Leading or helping to lead an after-school club.
• Helping on school trips.
• Helping with sporting events, music or drama productions.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All volunteers are required to undertake an enhanced Criminal Record check via the Disclosure and Barring Service to allow you can work in school.
